Absorption performance of biomass hollow pyramidal microwave absorber using multi-slot array technique

<span>Electromagnetic interference (EMI) is an undesired electromagnetic (EM) wave by nearby electronic devices, process equipment, and measuring instruments. In this work, a novel multi-slot technique applied to the hollow biomass pyramidal microwave absorber study its absorption properties thoroughly. Two different slot arrangements in horizontal vertical configuration are designed for proposed absorbers. Both design concepts have identical shape size. This work aims study, compare analyze performance of designs at L, S, C X frequency bands. The material used form as absorbent material. characteristics on absorbers measured using naval research laboratory (NRL) Arch space-free method. range set up measurement between 1 GHz 12 GHz. multi-vertical slots exhibits better <br /> C-band X-band which -63.67 dB -46.78 respectively while multi-horizontal provides S-band -16.92 dB. results shows that both performances frequency-dependent since improve maximum low delivers high frequency. </span>
